Franjo’s Kitchen Lactation Biscuits

Lactation biscuits contain galactagogues – specific ingredients known to boost milk supply. While lactation cookies don’t necessarily work for everyone, in my experience they work for the majority mamas and especially if you pair them with a stint of Power Pumping.

I love Franjo’s Kitchen as a label because the range is formulated by a Naturopath, so like all their products, these Choc Chip biscuits are a super healthy snack for a postnatal mama (and they are vegan, containing no dairy or eggs).

These tanker toppers contain natural superfoods like oats, chia seeds, coconut oil, buckwheat flour and flaxseeds plus they are especially low in sugar with 5.3g per biscuit (unlike many other lactation cookies on the market which have 20-30g of sugar per cookie).

Australian oats, organic buckwheat flour, organic coconut oil, organic coconut sugar, organic maple syrup, dark compound chocolate chips (8%) (sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, emulsifier [soy lecithin], vanilla flavour), brewer’s yeast, flaxseed meal, natural vanilla extract, chia seeds, citrus fibre, salt, bicarbonate of soda, water.

*Manufactured on equipment that also makes products containing soy, gluten, dairy and nuts

contains 14 biscuits
