Keen to create your own Breastfeeding Plan but don’t exactly know what to include in it. I’ve got you covered!

I’ve created a Breastfeeding Plan template you can use for yourself. It lists all the relevant parts of your breastfeeding journey which you need to give forethought to. Each item has a box next to it for you to tick (or not). Then simply give the Plan to your care providers prior to your birth (and maybe along with your Birth Plan) so everyone is well aware of your breastfeeding wishes.
